Urban Air Traffic Management with Droneport and GSM-Based Communication

In 2022, we participated as a project partner in a pioneering urban air traffic management initiative supported by the European Union. Our contributions to this project included the development of an innovative droneport system that facilitates efficient take-off and landing operations for drones. We also designed GSM-based communication software to ensure seamless interaction between drones, the droneport, and the central computer. This advanced communication infrastructure significantly improves the operational efficiency and safety of urban air traffic management by enabling real-time data exchange and coordination.
